Sudbury Heritage Centre is collaborating with Sports Clubs throughout the town and district of Sudbury to create a central hub telling the rich and often long history of sport in the town. Some clubs have origins going back more than 200 years!
The aim is to produce an Audio/visual, Interactive Display in the Heritage Centre capable of bringing to life the stories of our sporting community over time. As part of the exercise there will be a parallel website being produced, giving clubs freedom to update and add new content as they wish, with their own restricted access.
An over-arching theme will also be The Sudbury Sports Hall of Fame
